I've spent most of my career on complex, behavior-driven products — AI logistics systems, regulated fintech platforms, early-stage health tools — where the design challenge is rarely aesthetic. It's usually about making something genuinely hard feel navigable, and making sure the team building it agrees on what they're actually solving before they build it. I work best close to product decisions, as a thinking partner as much as a maker.
