BatchOne is a team of hardware experts helping companies develop, manufacture, ship, and sell their hardware and IoT products. As a startup accelerator and consultancy, BatchOne connects strategy, creativity, and technology to turn ambitious ideas into real products — bridging the gap between prototype and production.
The previous website presented BatchOne as a generic consultancy, failing to express their dynamic, modular structure.cIn reality, BatchOne consists of four expert teams — Product, Business, Manufacturing, and Marketing — each contributing distinct skills to every stage of hardware development, from idea to shipping. The goal was to design a site that clearly communicates this structure and allows clients to engage either full-service or individual teams.

Redesign the website to reflect a more agile, energetic, and tech-forward identity.
The new design needed to break from the conservative tone of the previous version and position BatchOne as an innovative, fast-moving partner for hardware founders.

The new site expresses the energy and clarity of a company that builds real products. BatchOne’s brand now feels cohesive across digital and physical touchpoints — helping position the company as a recognizable name in the European hardware ecosystem.

This project reinforced how design clarity mirrors organizational clarity.
Once the teams were defined and visualized, both internal and external communication became easier. It showed me how the right visual system can translate not just information — but a company’s rhythm, pace, and mindset.
